Campaign against Frames

Frames are the annoying page divisions that often don't work, and clutter up the screen of the page. If you would like, please download one, or both, of these two pics and display them on your page, showing that you are against Frames. Please do NOT link them directly to my site, for that will just create more traffic for my server. Thank you.
To download:
PC users: Right-click on the picture, and then choose "save picture as.."
MAC users: Hold the mouse button down on the picture until a menu appears, and choose "save picture as.."
Next, upload the pictures to your website using whatever upload technique you prefer.
